Sara Robl, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Sara Robl , MSN, FNP-C, received her undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Duke University Hospital System while completing her Family Nurse Practitioner Training. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner since 2012 in Family Practice, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine.

Sara discovered Functional Medicine during her own health journey. She was frustrated with the treatment options offered by Conventional Medicine and knew there had to be a different approach to healing. Once she learned about Functional Medicine, she instantly knew it was how she wanted to practice, and enthusiastically started to learn all she could about Functional Medicine. Sara has completed Functional Medicine training with Functional Medicine Academy, the Institute of Functional Medicine and the School of Applied Functional Medicine.

Sara enjoys developing a collaborative partnership with her patients and digging deep to uncover their WHY and root causes in their health journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and four legged friends, teaching about Functional Medicine, doing Pilates, being outside in nature and cooking.
